Ashley and Victoria met at Asante in registration. They instantly clicked and became best friends. Ashley had provided Victoria a place to stay on multiple occasions when Victoria was deep in the throws and financial struggle of single momhood. They were there for eachother during a couple heartbreaks and would be there with a shovel in hand had a body ever needed to be buried. Ashley and Victoria are both very stubborn and hard headed and with that comes disagreements. But no matter what came up good or bad, their friendship and love for one another always prevailed and will continue to do so for many years to come. Ashley has been beside Victoria throughout some of the worst days of her life and now she gets to be beside her for some of the best days.

November 15, 1988, was the day Chris officially became a big brother, a role he has taken very seriously ever since. When Justin was born, Chris gained a lifelong sidekick, best friend, and occasional partner in poor decision-making. Their childhood included adventures in the woods, Justin’s “crazy drink” experiment, and more than one BB-gun standoff. You know, normal Brother stuff. As they grew older, their brotherhood turned into a true friendship. After Chris finished his time in the Army, the two lived together and quickly realized that despite years apart, they shared the same quirks, the same humor, and the same ability to laugh at just about anything.
